Good hooks. It's good to slide. Looks nice.
Our shower rod is just a tension rod, so it has a little protrusion where the two pieces meet. It's incredibly annoying to pull the curtains shut. In the end I couldn't take it anymore and decided to buy new hooks. I figured the balls would slide over that bump fairly easily. I also use a curtain and lining so they seemed like the perfect choice for me. One end is shorter than the other, and that's the side I bring to the soul. I hung a liner over it. You glide better over the hump, still can't just throw the curtain aside without feeling the impact, but it works 100 percent better.
