If you love to dance, run or play sports these rubber bands are for you. This is the only kind I buy anymore because they don't slide/go down at all. They stay in place all day long because there is a small strip of stretch material in the elastic band. These are the only rubber bands I've found that actually stay in place all day. I dance and it's a MUST when I dance. I have medium to thick wavy and curly hair. They are very comfortable and very easy to take off whenever you want, just run your finger underneath when it's time to pull them out of your hair. They also don't stretch as much over time as other rubber bands. I keep them everywhere: in the car, in my purse, in my makeup bag, in my dance studio bag, etc. so they're always there when I need them.
