Ordered Bluesez Tumble Dryer Cleaning Kit: It arrived undamaged, all components described were complete with simple instructions. Visit their website for more instructions. Follow the instructions only to end up with three broken section pieces. I used a metal nozzle down the length of the dryer vent system (no problem). Everything changed after switching to the brush head. two feet into the ventilation shaft, part broke off. I stopped immediately so as not to clog the ventilation system. I had to have someone with much smaller/thin hands to get to the parts of the order that were left in the staple. After switching back to the smaller metal head to ensure there were no clogs in the vent/stem, I repeated the instructions with the brush head and got the same result, a broken section. I set the drill to rotate clockwise. , lowest speed and lowest torque, which by the way means less stress/torque than tightening a screw by hand in a dry dish sponge! I gave up and went to The Home Depot and got their dryer cleaning kit. Works great! Lowe's has a bitter set online, but they no longer sell it. I suggest hiring a company to clean your system if you have a lot of curves and tight passages (larger than the diameter of the nozzle that comes with Blueze). In my case I only had 4 turns spaced at least 2-4 feet apart with no bottlenecks. My dryer is on the 2nd level, as is my vent near the attic space. If you're mechanically inclined, this is an easy task that gets a bit noisy with a vacuum. It's worth it! Also, cleaning my dryer vent brings a bit of reassurance in terms of fire safety. Also, now that my dryer vent is very clean thanks to the Home Depot kit, my dryer cycle time has been greatly reduced.
