Skin1004 Madagascar Centella Hyalu-Cica Illuminating Toner differs from the standard Cica skincare line (Amber) in that it is enriched with additional moisturizing ingredients and has a distinctive mild fresh scent. Everything in this blue Cica line smells the same. This aqueous toner comes in a 7.1 oz blue plastic bottle with a sealed spout. The retail price is under $20 at the time of writing, which I think is more than fair. Made in Korea. The first ingredient is 74% Centella Asiatica Leaf Water, along with Niacinamide (B3), several different types of Hyaluronic Acid, Ceramides and several fruit/plant extracts. It's very soothing and gentle and hasn't caused me any problems. I have mature, sensitive combination skin. No irritation, inflammation, dryness or new breakouts. I didn't feel greasy or sticky and seemed to increase the moisturizing factor of my overall skincare routine. It is versatile because it can be applied by hand or with a cotton pad. Used regularly in the morning and evening. Suitable for all skin types including sensitive and acne prone skin.
