I've only had the keyboard protector and case for a few months. I have not used any cleaners and almost never removed them from the keyboard. After using my computer for these few months, the keyboard protector started to stretch on its own. Now it doesn't fit the keyboard properly and closes the keys. The key illumination does not appear because letters and numbers do not match properly. I contacted the seller about this and he replied that "it is normal when using the item". kind of solution to this problem and they know that their products are of poor quality and short life span. Save time, money and keyboard. Buy a higher quality product. Make sure you read all of these reviews as I'm not the only one with this issue.
