If you don't have a fan header.

Added two 80mm fans on the back of my Dell workstation for extra cooling while gaming. Didn't know the motherboard didn't have fan headers. With these adapters we have the perfect resolution. I used another kit to add similar fans to my VM host server. Fits perfectly.

Pros
