My biggest complaint is that it's really difficult to enforce. By the time the mat gets really wet it will get sticky, so you have to press hard enough that it's like you're working out your arms. So 5+ if you want to pump up your arms. It is very easy to care for and the floor dries quickly because it absorbs moisture very well.
