My first rating after receiving this backpack was five stars, however now that it has only been used for a short time; the quality and interior of the bag "cracked” - and my daughter only has a student glider and a folder in her bag; so it's not due to excessive wear; (I could understand if it would be real but it isn't) My daughter is upset that the bag she really wanted is of this quality and she is in elementary school. So buyers beware.
