Eh… Not good for the eyes

I read a lot of reviews before I bought this product and they were pretty good. I don't know if I had a bad batch of this or what, but this is NOT a good product for the eye area. It smells (I don't know how else to describe it). When I applied it and let it dry it was sticky. I've tried different amounts with the same results. It will also bead up if you apply concealer under the eyes or any other product on top of it.
