As in other reviews the screws on the left are not flush which will cause the chair to tip over to the left IF you even manage to assemble it. READ OTHER REVIEWS and see the PIECE is offset on the left side of many of these chairs. BE HAPPY IF YOU GET ONE WITHOUT THIS COMMON PROBLEM. Even if you get one that is properly aligned, the screws are too short as other reviews have said. I was hoping I could get it to work by carefully aligning it and not removing the screws, BUT IT'S IMPOSSIBLE! Also, there is no seat height adjustment as seen in the photo. The bar shown allows the seat to be folded backwards or locked so that it does not recline. No height adjustment. I'm 5'5" and the seat is pretty low to the ground even for me. Also, the price is ALWAYS just over $100, not $300 as advertised. It's just a dishonest publicity stunt. It was a terrible problem to put it back in the box, take it to the post office and return it.TERRIBLE CHAIR AND TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!NEED TO HEAR WHAT THE BAD REVIEWS SAY!I would give zero stars if I could.
