I was very happy to find these on Revain as for some reason they are hard to find. I used them to run solid wire from the downstairs to the upstairs computer room during a renovation and it was a lot easier to just buy a 100 foot ethernet cable with the ends pre-installed, run it through the exposed walls and then do it simply plug into the back of these wall panels. Light testing was also allowed before everything was closed and the wall plate screwed on. The quality was very good and included all hardware needed for installation. It was as simple as cutting a hole in the wall, mounting the box, running the network cable through the box, inserting the cable into the Cat6 RJ45 insert and screwing the plate onto the box. Dead easy. Highly recommend buying these through the camps which require you to disconnect the wires and use a tool to put them in the correct slots and hope everything works.
