Very Dull Color

This just arrived yesterday, I ordered it with the TREE OF LIFE NECKLACE for my wife. The necklace was exactly as pictured and my wife is delighted with it but not so much with the ring. The ring looks like someone put it in a hot oven and baked it for a while, leaving it DARK PINK or maybe even DARK BROWN. It doesn't even come close to matching the necklace. For example, I'm considering my ring return options, do I want to try a replacement or just get a refund?
