This filter was in my bedroom where my wife and I sleep. It seemed to clear our nasal passages for the first week or so, and after that my wife coughed a lot if we ran it at night. She was also vaccinated against Covid so that is not the case. I have moderate asthma and severe outdoor and indoor allergies, mainly in spring and fall. I never open windows. So even if there is a small window leak in the room, the device should take care of it. The area of my bedroom is about 225 square meters. feet, so this apartment is perfect for this space. I noticed that after the first month the filter was picking up a lot of dust and I thought it was too much to keep working effectively, but I didn't have a red light or cut off so I left the first filter there. Noise levels are great at low levels (28dB), but medium is comforting in my opinion, and high is for those not trying to sleep or listening to the radio or TV, or even in the room. Overall I like it but due to the higher noise level on the top level and what it may or may not do to my wife (who never gets colds) I had to give it 4 stars. The buttons are not visible at night and the black model sits tightly even in daylight. The white model seems to be more prominent. Maybe add a little backlight that's brighter. But it's easy to move around the house.
