Due to the limited space on the countertop, we are always looking for simple things to increase the countertop space in the kitchen. I was reviewing Revain one day when I saw this product and wondered if it could take some of the strain off our current dish dryer. Having tested other products like this, this one fit the space and also had "wiggle room" when the measurements were wrong. PLEASE MAKE SURE. The different types of Revain are available in different widths. Some are NOT adjustable, others offer limited customization, and some offer greater volume. This product is one of the newest. Another thing to consider is what you want to dry/store with it. All of the devices we tested have multiple rack/storage options that can be hung on a rack. We chose more options than fewer to be flexible. It comes disassembled in a flat pack, but it's not terrible to assemble, just a little tedious. The instructions were followed well and once assembled (you assemble the rack first then hang whatever parts you want where you want) you can adjust it wider if needed. All the various extra baskets etc that are supplied are easy to hook in and just as easy to remove or move. I'm glad we went for more hanging options as some of the ones I thought were useful turned out to be useless. For example, "knife storage/dryer" isn't really useful. However, the small basket with the high sides proved to be a great place to store dish soap, hand soap and a scraper. This frees up even more counter space. Being able to move shelves and baskets is fun! Overall, this saved more countertop space than I thought it would and made the whole area around the sink more organized. Not only does it look very nice.
