I will update once I contact the manufacturer. I've had it installed for a few days but only yesterday. I recently sent back a cheaper one as I wasn't too keen on charts and other "additives". I just want to start tracking my steps. And to be honest I liked all the dialing options. I ALWAYS read reviews before buying and that closed the deal for me. I am preparing to go to her doctors with my mother. Application this morning I noticed I walked over 800 steps. I hardly left the bathroom. I need about 10-15 minutes. style your hair. I thought. maybe it was the movement of my hands that the watch perceived as a "step motion"? I do not know. This is a question for the company. If so, I'm not sure I'll keep it. I know it's just a minor "tricky" inconvenience, but I might decide to just ditch smartwatches altogether." considers this a step.
