I'm 5'8, about 153, usually wear a size 10. like stuffed sausage so I bought a big one. I couldn't be happier. They fit like a glove, don't feel like they're going to fall off, but don't squeeze me too tight either. I bought these to feel like I was wearing "proper clothing" and not a bathing suit as I wanted to move freely and not be uncomfortable in my 53 year old body but I wanted something that dries quickly, for swimming, horseback riding, touring with my daughter in Bradenton, Florida and they were perfect. They appear to be well cut. And I can wear them like regular shorts. I would definitely buy them again. And I could, in different colors.
