Nicely made bag. I give it one star because all the zippers on the bag open the wrong way and the shoulder strap is too long. The bag with the shortest shoulder strap hangs on my waist. Only someone who is about 8 feet tall will need it in the longest dimension. Speaking of zippers, if you carry your bag with the shoulder strap end in front (one end firmly pinned and the other end clipped into the bag), the zippers will open behind you. I want the zippers to open front to back so I can hold them with my hand and open them easily. In my opinion the design of this bag makes it PROFESSIONAL, not anti-theft. It's much easier for a thief to unzip behind you.
