They are great. I've had it for 3 months now, no problems. The plastic is very durable, children can easily climb on it. There is something to grab/step on and no difficult hold. I agree with another reviewer who said the second washer is unnecessary, even harmful. The instructions say to put a washer between the hold and the wall. But if you do this, obviously the hold will not fit tightly against the wall, there will be a small gap. This puts unnecessary stress on the hook, bolt and wall, making the bracket less durable. Can the manufacturer explain why they included that 2nd puck? Should the puck sink into the tree? Anyway, ditch the 2nd washer and it's solid! And you get 25 extra pucks with your purchase. :)
