Mine arrived damaged so I really can't say too much but compared to other sets I've bought before I expected more. All three spark plugs did not work. I understand that when someone can struggle with all three, I struggle with that. I've tried several sets of new batteries and even new batteries in remote controls, but the candles wouldn't even light up with the switch. Changed to five stars. Update: (12/18/19) To my surprise, I received a package with this candle this week. I thought the return kind of came back to me. It's not like this. Inside was a note from Luminicious saying how sorry they are that I received such a defective set. They explained what the quality control process is and I was very surprised how it works. In any case, the set works well and looks good. I never expected Lumincious to go the extra mile to win back a customer. They did! Now I'm a certified Luminicious customer!
