I love how easy they are to blend, but the adhesive used to stick them to the strip doesn't grip the lashes well. You really have to pinch off the end once you've fanned them, which recoups the time you saved by making the fan in the first place. Ultimately, instead of insulating, grabbing a fan, dipping and placing glue, you should use your insulation tweezers to remove the goo, isolate, dip and place. I'm sure I'll be more efficient with this over time, but right now it's frustrating. They included some nice lightweight volume tweezers with my order free of charge and they work really well, great grip depth for big fans.
