So I ordered this product and was almost 100% delighted, there was one downside. The part where my Iphone XS Max keeps popping up. The product said it should fit with no problems. I contacted the seller and he replied the next day. They asked for a picture of the problem, I sent it, the next day I was told a new one was on the way. Just got my new one in the mail and it's spotless! Sturdy product, love the remote control and the carrying case it comes in! I keep it in my son's diaper bag and take it out when I need to film a video or take a picture of my baby! The price is amazing for what you get! I recommended it to EVERYONE!
