This is a somewhat odd product. As a body wash user (which I like) I wasn't entirely surprised by the consistency of this cleanser, but as a beard + face wash the consistency is slightly different. Remember to rub hand sanitizer on your face and through your beard. Yes, it's a bit strange. Aside from the consistency issue, I just don't think it's very good for a face OR a beard wash. It really dries out my skin. Not just my face, but my hands too. As it dries out my skin I think it should cleanse my face well but it doesn't really do it well. My beard is also a bit bulky after using it. Like going where he wants. Not sure if it's drying out or what the exact problem is, but it's not much! I think I'm better off using a regular shampoo to clean it than this product which is specially designed for face and beard! This product is definitely difficult for longer beards as it takes a lot of product to wash. It doesn't really lather, so it's difficult to get the coverage you need. The bottle is quite small so I don't think it will last very long. I'm a bit disappointed because I love their shower gel.
