Poorly tailored and uncomfortable

If you put this on the front of your clothes it's fine but I wear a suit so I like to wear it under my shirt and clip the earpiece to my collar. . The pivoting design makes it really bulky. It's a 1 cubic inch plastic plug at the base of my neck under my coat, and unlike most other headphones, you can't just swap out parts when the wires start fraying.
