Purchased to have on hand. Finally had to use one. Well here's the problem, although I probably can't handle the description: There is a wire from the battery to the battery connector. This wire is very stiff and forms an upward curve between the battery and the connector. This hard curve is high enough that the battery compartment does not close. There is NOTHING you can do about it. Can't get the lid off. Can't force the wire. Without a case, the phone will not fit properly in the holder and will not connect or charge. So I have two good new batteries and a dead V-Tech phone. Too hurtful for words.
