They are definitely not cotton...
The description and tag say the pant is 95% cotton and 5% spandex, but I'm pretty sure it's polyester based on how smooth the fabric looks and feels. The waistband and cuffs appear to be cotton, but that's all... It's so frustrating because they don't cost anywhere near $20 unless they're mostly cotton as advertised. However my daughter loves the way they look and as they fit well I will not be returning them.
