Review on 🔥 Suburban MFG Co Suburban Co 5286A IW60 with On-Demand 60K BTU and Heat System by Leo Torres

I got this water heater and installed it in my trailer. It worked great for a few days until I noticed a puddle of water coming out of the heater. The flow sensor kept dripping from where the wires enter the sensor. I emailed customer service and never received a response. I called onsite support and they did absolutely nothing. The replacement part was not sent to me, only provided with the names of service centers that can make a warranty claim and repair. Two centers in my area are no longer working. Another hour away. Finally, a week later, they called me back and asked me to leave my trailer for a week so they could fix the water heater. Doesn't happen as I live in a trailer all the time. This thing did produce hot water, but since the new water heater leaked from the factory and onsite support did absolutely nothing to fix it, I can only give it one star. Any company can have a product with a defect. How they deal with it as a fait accompli changes everything in the world.
