Terrible. Lexmark made this printer so difficult to set up that I'm throwing it away and buying a Brother. There are no words in the instructions, just a series of diagrams - so nothing to explain anything. Okay, the initial setup is very similar to all laser printers; Remove the tape, shake the cartridge, etc. Pretty standard. Bluetooth setup problem. I specifically wanted a wireless printer. We've had them before and we love them. I only had a Brother printer which I didn't have when I needed the printer. You have no instructions other than what appears on a tiny display on the printer. That means I have to stand over the printer with reading glasses and try to figure out what that little plaque is saying. I've tried but to no avail. I called tech support. Spoke to Seggio. A very nice guy, but he struggled. After almost 10 minutes on the phone with him, Sergio suggested creating a ticket for tech support. He started by asking me to spell my last name. I couldn't take it anymore. I have to get on with my day. This printer has never been used. If someone wants it for free, I'll give it to them. The only catch is that you must contact me today. I'll throw that thing in the trash and buy a Brother printer.
