the mop is terrible. Worked 3 months, the sprayer is constantly clogged and some genius decided to place a socket next to the sprayer for charging from the mains. Even with the rubber cap on, it still leaked and melted the charging port. Also, the controls on the handle are wireless and powered by a small battery that died and never worked again even after the replacement. I called twice and emailed the manufacturer 4 times, they only replied once to let me know about the battery and haven't heard from since. This is probably because they only have one person serving customers and since this is a useless product I assume they are too busy or not interested in dealing with it. Save your money and buy from a more reputable manufacturer.
