Review on TIGI Cosmetics Metal Pencil Sharpener by Michelle Powell

I was looking for a sharpener that could work with the new types of hard plastic eye and lip pencils. I don't know why some cosmetic companies have abandoned the classic wooden pencil bodies, but these new plastics are so difficult to sharpen that you end up losing more of the actual product than is worth getting a new tip. This sharpener is very strong and sharp enough to easily cut through heavy plastic to create a nice crisp point. I miss the little case that other sharpeners collect shavings in, but to store all my favorite pencils I'll have to live with catching them in a napkin or sharpening them over the wastebasket. I've only had to use this sharpener a handful of times so can't comment on its durability, but so far I'm very happy I found it. Hope this is helpful to others!
