None of the latches are fully closed except one. I twisted and turned so all the arrows were pointing up and into the notch, but they didn't close completely. (see photos) The only reliable closure was the basket sitting on top. Once assembled and put on wheels, it rolled across my floor without touching it. It is very light and FLEXIBLE, difficult to hold on to. I lower the top basket a bit to allow the top to be moved as there are no handles if I can catch it. LAUGH OUT LOUD. I wanted it to stand next to one of my chairs to hold all of my remote controls. I think it will work if it doesn't run away. It's not worth $40 paid more than $20 at best. Very dissatisfied but will remain as it took some time to finally assemble it. Absolutely not worth this price!
