I bought the DS-C03 because I need a display port and HDMI connections. I've found built in card readers to fail and then just take up space. This model works fine on Windows, although you'll need to make sure you connect to Host 2's port, as Host 1 doesn't seem to support all functionality with a single USB-C cable. Everything else has worked great in the past 6 days. I like the small tower style as it takes up less space on my desk and looks tidy. Please note that some laptops require more power than this can handle. Therefore, you may need one power adapter for your laptop and one for the device if you want to power other devices through it.
