Connection point is painful but heat works great
The connector is right between my legs. The extremely hard, sharp plastic hurts a lot when I hit it with my heel. I'll sew a blanket over it. The requirement for special software is extremely annoying, but at least I was able to connect it to Alexa after the software finally found it. Sunbeam needs to realize that not everyone has good bedroom WiFi. The pillow warms well and is comfortable except for the connection point.
