Looks like a good buy - 4XL fits 57 " tall
The maximum circumference of the 4XL when worn over pants is 57" (I used a tape measure). Just because it has three vertical holes for each spot - for my "office casual" and summer "street" needs it's perfect (I paid less than $10 Prime so it was a great one Business!). Thickness. , and has double stitching at the top and bottom.
