The protective films were well packaged and had a handy installation tool. The installation process was very easy thanks to the installation tool that allowed me to install the protector perfectly on the first try. The tempered glass is thick and hasn't been scratched for a few weeks since installation. Perhaps the thickness of the glass is the reason why it absolutely doesn't work with the fingerprint unlock sensor. I tried three times to re-enter my fingerprints but they didn't recognize me. I'm not sure if the screen protector is defective or if the seller is knowingly selling an incompatible product, but it just didn't work with my Galaxy S21. I have now installed a plastic screen protector and the fingerprint scanner works perfectly. Great work Samsung.
