I had a replacement pro controller with worn out joysticks so I decided to buy replacement joysticks. I chose this replacement bezel and backplate. I've taken this controller apart in the past to clean the analog stick mechanisms, although this is the first time I've taken the controller board out entirely. After watching a YouTube video, it turned out that installing this case was a lot easier than I thought. I really appreciate the spare screws as some screws, even the ones that were already in the controller before I made this mod, were on the verge of breaking. Everything fits perfectly and the clear color (along with the clear and black joysticks I bought with this one) looks great with the original buttons. The only small problem I encountered after changing the controller is that the buttons don't work. Make that faint but noticeable rattle in the new skin when the controller is moved. It could be the transparent shell material, but I can admit that it could be user error in some way. It's not loud enough to be annoying, but I thought it was worth paying attention to. Official professional controllers don't come in a different color, so it's great to have one that stands out from the rest.
