When opening the box, the USB block came loose and was loose. I glued it back great. I spent 3 hours taking my bat wing apart on my Harley Street Glide. After connecting 2 wires to the back of my 12 volt plug, I noticed that the wires on the bike's USB phone mount were so tiny they didn't even look big enough to carry 12 volts. I plugged it in anyway and to my dismay the USB lock didn't work! However, the mount and the phone mount itself are of decent quality. I'm keeping it and will connect something else to charge my phone. This place contacted me and refunded my money. I would say the seller is a professional and a person I will do business with in the future. Thanks very much!
