I bought the brown rug with chevron pattern for our mudroom. It does a great job of trapping all the little bits of dirt/gravel that get tracked in. The chevron pattern collects the bits and it is easy to vacuum out unlike our previous rug, which everything stuck to like velcro. I also like that it doesn’t have loops because our large dog likes to dig to make a nest to lay on, so no loops to get pulled. It is also heavy enough with the rubber backing that our dog cannot bunch it up. It is not a thick/soft rug to stand on for a long time but we didn’t need it to be. I wouldn’t definitely recommend it for someone to use in an entryway.
