I bought this for my Tamron 150-600mm lens and it fits like it was custom made for this lens. Very durable construction, thickly padded interior, quality zip fastening, water resistant exterior (probably not fully waterproof but will keep out light rain) and comes with a shoulder strap. Before purchasing, I asked if this case would fit my lens with a LensCoat cover, and one reviewer replied that he thought so. I haven't bought the LensCoat yet, but judging by the internal size and how it fits on the lens without the cap, I'll bet you it fits with the cap too. In view of the competition's products, this would be haggling for double the price. So if you want to protect your investment, look no further than this case. You will not regret it!
