I like how it can be used for different types of data, such as email marketing or customer service related to an event that was hosted with them! It is easy enough so non-technical people could use this tool too (even if they don't have experience using software). In my opinion there isn’t much you dislike about flownies but maybe just give more features? Like allowing users without emails in their account access via phone number only instead having all kinds available would help expand our reach even further than we already are now!! We're solving problems regarding getting customers information straight from social media platforms into one place where employees will easily find what info/comments need addressed right away.
