As a present to myself, I purchased it on the Market. And what ends up happening? In today's parlance, the phone is completely dead; it won't charge and won't power on. Neither rain or dampness entered, and I used it very little beginning on November 5th. Since more than 14 days have gone since purchase, we regret to inform you that we cannot accept your return. Turns out I have no way to contact anyone or reach out to the outside world because I don't have a phone. Also, there is no financial resources available. My birthday present money allowed me to purchase it. In all honesty, I have never placed an online order. Not wanting to take it about or fix it yourself when the phone barely lasts a month. And he was kept in a glass case from the start. Just use the original charger to charge it. I've tried several different chargers today, but none of them have worked. Deceptively displays a black screen and refuses to charge. And so it goes. Since there is now nothing to photograph or even call about, I am unable to include an image with my message.
