I've been using it for a few weeks now and for the most part I like it. I'm not sure what most people use it for, but I use it for either lumbar support or as a headrest when sitting in a chair. something to relax my neck when sitting and it fits the bill perfectly! It actually has a small dimple in the middle of the top of the pillow and I think it's due to the shipping. Not sure if it's supposed to be there or if it just never formed after delivery, but it works well as a place to put your head right in the middle. The memory foam adapts perfectly to any desired shape - not too soft and not too hard. All in all a good support pillow!
