Spiky and weird stuff
The design and color are cute, I would say the cuffs are made of that spiky material. I cut with steam cutter, it got better. But that means I can't return it. A little yarn came out of the main knit part of the dress, but I tucked it in. My 2 year old is 3t/4t and he was bigger. She also kept saying "prickly".
