Screws will not tighten or lock in front

Holes in all front wood are too large for screws to be tightened. A few holes on the back are also too big. It also came without instructions. It's not hard to understand, but I guess if I piece it together wrong there's no way I'll know, or if pieces are missing I won't know either. Extremely upset and disappointed. Update: I was just looking at the pictures from another review and it turns out that nuts are required to hold the bolts in place... I didn't get them and again there were no instructions to show me what .
