Many years ago I tore my meniscus and avoided surgery. Now, over 40 years later, my knee hurts, especially with every lateral rotation. I have tried many different knee pads; basically, they either shut off circulation or slide down. I tried these braces and I liked them. I feel like it gives my knee the lateral support it needs so I can walk and attend Silver Sneakers classes without worrying about twisting my knee. It doesn't cut off my circuit or slip off. I can adjust the lateral support to the position and tension I need for my knee. I suggested this to another Silver Sneaker member who is having a similar issue. Very happy with this product.
