They are ideal as screen protectors. The anti-reflective coating is almost as good as the Thinkpad T14's factory display. They also match the T14's screen almost perfectly. However, these are LARGE treads with heavy grip. What is included for cleaning is not enough in my opinion to achieve a perfect finish on such a large surface. I used some clean room wipes and iso-water mix. Then I dusted wildly, fumigated the first two treads and FINALLY got the last one to dead set and dust free. Used the second one to practice and learn a bit. Big steps are damn hard! But it can be done. TLDR, if you can clean like crazy and put on a protector that's awesome, but if you haven't had practice with the big ones don't be surprised if you smoke a one or two while you find out. came out for the first time.
