I was really happy with their work from start-to finish! They were professional throughout - they listened carefully when required (and responded quickly), worked collaboratively but also took ownership if needed; did not overcomplicate things where possible or get stuck into unnecessary detail/overly complicated options without checking first how easy it would be /cost etc.; provided good advice at each stage which helped me make informed decisions about what path forward best suited my needs right now rather than later down line once project is underway; kept us well up date during progress so nothing got missed out until very end before final hand off to go live site launch day.
