advantages of this item.1. Price. For a watch of this caliber, the price is amazing. Brilliant! 2. O2, steps and heart rate monitor are very accurate.3. My husband loves that you can program the dial. The blood pressure monitor is switched off. For some reason they keep saying my husband's blood pressure is 200/80 with something. We took it when the machine at the doctor's office said 200/80. The actual reading was 137/87. It would be nice if the alarm function was a little more sensitive.
