UPDATE: March 25, 2019 - The manufacturer changed the design of the lanyard attachment and sent me a new one to test. I've used it several times and it's holding up well. Instead of a flimsy webbing loop that frayed and slipped out of the seam, they now have a webbing with a metal loop that the lanyard attaches to. I'm happy with it so far and will update again if it fails. I really like the strap on the back that I can slip my fingers through for a good grip when taking photos or as a stand. My confidence in the product has been restored. UPDATE: 2 months later a webbing loop broke from a seam leaving the drawcord non-existent in this case. The seams on the skin were unaffected, but the tape had come undone at the seams. Very unhappy. I have to find a different style. Upon receipt: This strap phone case is beautiful. Perfect fit for my iPhone 8+. I have a beautiful turquoise. Others admired it. I bought it so my husband can use my iPhone to take Instagram photos while I host the wedding, in addition to taking photos with my camera. Other reviewers said the loop that attaches the strap to has come loose. Mine is sewn very tightly between the skin and the plastic case and shows no signs of coming loose.
