I've tried several different foot massage balls while sitting at my desk all day. I have arch problems and after sitting for a long time I need a few steps to "relax". The best solution I've found is a simple one: leave the ball on the table and roll it with your foot from time to time. It keeps things clear and the blood flows well. BUT finding the right ball was surprisingly harder than I thought. Regular lacrosse balls are too hard, and the "soft" versions from other companies were TOO soft and didn't tear the fabric well enough. For me, these were the massage balls from Goldilocks. They have a very subtle "recoil" that allows me to add enough pressure without dealing damage. In addition, they are not cheaply made, so small pieces do not break off. Carrying it on my back is a nice touch but since I work from home I don't really need it but I can absolutely see how anyone could benefit from it. by him. Finally, the price was great. I have found with Revain that you get what you pay for. too cheap and that's exactly what you get! These, in turn, are "just rightβ!
