I bought this food for my adult male Chivinip and two female Chivinip puppies. I searched for a long time before finally deciding on this brand. I'm glad I came across this brand. My dogs love it. Before purchasing Canidae, my puppies ate Purina puppy food and my adult ate the brand's kibble and bits. They were "healthy" but their poop smelled awful and I knew there were far healthier foods out there for them. I gave this to my adult to see if he liked it and in fact I tried to feed him the last piece of "unhealthy" food he had left and he didn't touch it. The only kibble he eats is Canidae and nothing else, and puppies love him too. I read all the bad reviews and still decided to buy it hoping for a good result and it was good. My dogs are healthier than ever, they haven't had diarrhea, vomiting, weight loss, unhealthy weight gain or anything else I've read in other reviews, but neither do my dogs have any allergens that I know of. Another plus is that their poo doesn't smell like that anymore, I mean they still stink, but not at all like they used to. I started feeding them Canidae on Thursday 26th July 2012 and two months later they are healthier than ever with no side effects and my vet loved it too.
